Join our team of digital PR specialists, marketing managers, paid and organic search strategists, developers and designers. Lupeer is a Lancaster, Pennsylvania based agency. We partner with locally and globally based clients and have an increasing need to expand internally.

We are looking for outstanding candidates to join our company’s growing team as a Digital Designer. This role is an integral part of our team and will have the opportunity to work with creative minds and gain unrivaled digital marketing experience. Candidates will be asked to create functional and attractive digital environments for exceptional user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the front-end of branded web experiences
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create beautiful, visual content
  • Translate client business objectives into purposeful design
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing throughout the creative process
  • Test sites during development for usability and fixing any bugs
  • Create wireframes, workflows, storyboards, and navigation maps that deliver a seamless user experience
  • Design layouts and UI components such as iconography, graphical elements and navigation tools
  • Partner with the team to understand customer behavior across the conversion funnel
  • Actively participate in an agile design & development process
  • Support ongoing performance optimization through A/B testing
  • Occasionally write design guidelines & documentation for use by development and other designers
  • Have awareness of user experience, and technology trends, and promote them where relevant within the team
  • Capable of planning and executing User Testing, A/B testing and other forms of design optimization

 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong background in designing and developing websites
  • 3 – 5 Years in related experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress
  • Strong understanding of UI trends and design methodologies
  • Works well in a team of creative people
  • Comfortable with an interactive design process and collaborative problem solving
  • Accept and act on constructive feedback and criticism
  • Fueled by an eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, and optimistic
  • A great sense of humor
