We are looking for outstanding candidates to join our company’s growing team as a Paid Search Specialist. This role is an integral part of our team and will have the opportunity to work with creative and data-driven minds and gain unrivaled digital marketing experience. Candidates will be asked to implement paid search campaign and social media advertising campaign optimizations to improve client account performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of each client’s business in order to create customized search marketing strategy plans
  • Monitor client budgets and adjust bids in order to achieve goals and objectives as defined by each client
  • Develop comprehensive search marketing campaigns including keywords, ad copy, and landing page selection
  • Setup conversion tracking and remarketing tags
  • Manage multiple ongoing PPC campaigns at once by optimizing and A/B testing campaign, ad group, and keyword performance
  • Build negative keyword lists, monitor search terms, and research new search trends to further advance campaign performance based on client goals
  • Develop social media advertising campaigns and strategies across all major social networks including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Identify unique approaches to owned, earned, and paid social media impressions
  • Know when to adjust social platform budget allocation based on specific metrics and KPIs
  • Create and summarize campaign performance reports

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Adwords and Google Analytics a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Bing and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • History of managing and prioritizing daily budget across multiple accounts/campaigns
  • Experience with AdWords Editor and Bing Editor
  • Experience and proficiency in Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strength in extracting concise and meaningful learnings from a vast number of data points
  • Must be results driven and enjoy problem-solving
  • Ability to prioritize and strategize based on company and client goals
  • Fueled by an eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, and optimistic
